Project Description
Capital Engineering Consultancy is serving as the lead consultant for the construction of Gulf Drug's pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in ICAD III, Abu Dhabi. The factory is designed to support drug production, packaging, and storage, complying with international pharmaceutical and GMP standards.

- Architectural, Structural & MEP Design: Complete design for production areas, laboratories, administrative offices, and utilities.
- Regulatory Approvals: Obtaining NOCs, permits, and approvals from local authorities to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
