Scope of Consultancy Services

As the appointed lead consultant, Capital Engineering Consultancy provided:

  • Marine & Civil Design – Layout of floating pontoons, quay walls, slipway, and breakwater
  • Structural & MEP Engineering – Design of pontoons, anchoring systems, and utility integration
  • Regulatory Approvals – Coordination with authorities for marine and environmental approvals
