Project Description

Capital Engineering Consultancy was appointed to deliver the master planning and full design services for one of the UAE's largest workforce accommodation projects, designed to house 10,000 staff members of LULU Group.

This development goes beyond a single residential block, functioning as a self-contained community with integrated facilities. The master plan included the design and coordination of residential buildings, dining halls, medical and recreational amenities, parking, infrastructure services, circulation roads, and safety provisions to create a sustainable and compliant staff accommodation campus.

By focusing on efficient land use, community-scale planning, and authority approvals, the project demonstrates our expertise in large-scale accommodation master planning and the delivery of complex developments that balance functionality, comfort, and regulatory compliance.
