Scope of Work

Appointment of Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the preparation of a detailed Master Plan, including architectural design, site planning, and allied amenities for a new township comprising 1,000 various types of residential quarters. The scope also included detailed engineering, tendering, and construction supervision for 350 residential quarters within the new township under the Smart Industrial Port City (SIPC) Plan at Paradip.

Role of Capital Engineering Consultancy

Capital Engineering Consultancy was appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the project. Our responsibilities included:

• Preparation of the detailed Master Plan, encompassing architectural design, site planning, and infrastructure planning.
• Detailed engineering for residential quarters and allied facilities.
• Tender documentation preparation, evaluation, and contractor coordination.
• Construction supervision of 350 residential quarters ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget.
• Coordination with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution under the SIPC framework.
