Located in one of Taif's most traditional yet rapidly developing districts, the Bab Al Qazzaz Mixed-Use Commercial & Parking Facility is a modern, multi-storey complex integrating over 200 retail outlets, fine dining restaurants, structured parking, family entertainment, and six cinema screens. The development enhances both the commercial vibrancy and lifestyle amenities of the area.
Scope of Work
Capital Engineering Consultancy provided full-scope design engineering and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) including:
- Architectural Design – Functional and visually appealing layouts for retail, dining, and entertainment zones
- Structural Engineering – High-performance and code-compliant structural solutions for multi-level construction
- MEP Engineering – Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability
- Project Management Consultancy (PMC) – Construction supervision, schedule monitoring, cost control, contractor coordination, and quality assurance
