Capital Engineering Consultancy acted as the Lead Consultant, providing comprehensive services including:
- Architectural Design – Optimized layouts for retail shops, dining, and entertainment facilities
- Structural Engineering – Efficient, code-compliant structural solutions for multi-level construction
- MEP Engineering – Reliable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a sustainable, safe environment
- Project Management Consultancy (PMC) – Oversight of construction, schedule monitoring, cost control, and quality assurance
