G+1 Retail Centre – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Capital Engineering Consultancy provided architectural design services for the G+1 Retail Centre, located at Plots 29 and 30 in the Al Dhait Area, Ras Al Khaimah. The project spans a plot area of 5,746.19 m².

Design Concept

The design reflects the rich culture and traditions of the UAE while incorporating a modern architectural outlook. The open-concept planning maximizes natural ventilation and offers expansive rectangular views of the emirates. Concrete and metal dynamic elements are used as finishes, enhancing the structural grid and breaking the scale of the façade for visual appeal.
