Scope of Consultancy Services
As the appointed consultant, our scope covers preparation of a Feasibility Report cum Concept Plan and a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for a state-of-the-art sports complex, including:
- Comprehensive architectural and structural design, including pile foundation (26.6m depth, 600mm diameter) and allied engineering works
- MEP services, geotechnical investigations, drone-based LiDAR survey, topographic mapping, BOQ preparation, and construction detailing
- Master planning, project scheduling, cost estimation, environmental sustainability measures, and phased implementation strategies
- Operations & Maintenance (O&M) planning to ensure long-term functionality and performance
