Project Description

Capital Engineering Consultancy has been appointed as the lead consultant for the design and execution of the Proposed Freight Facility (P304) as part of the Etihad Stage 2 Rail Network, located in ICAD IV, Mussafah. The facility is designed to support efficient cargo handling, logistics, and rail freight operations.

Our scope includes

• Architectural and Structural Design: Freight handling offices, storage facilities, and maintenance buildings.
